These Driver Terms ("Terms") apply to anyone who joins the mum collective driver waitlist, applies to become a driver or takes part in the Founding Driver program. mum collective is operated by Mum Collective Ltd. ("mum collective," "we," "us" or "our"). By submitting a driver application or joining the driver waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

mum collective is currently in pre-launch. Before you can accept rides, you'll be asked to review and accept a full Driver Agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from these Terms, the Driver Agreement will apply.

01 · Driver Waitlist

Joining the driver waitlist

Joining the waitlist or the Founding Driver program lets you register your interest and receive updates. It does not guarantee approval as a driver, access to the platform, a launch date, a set number of rides or any level of earnings.

  • Have [at least 3 years] of licensed driving experience.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Have access to an eligible vehicle that meets our vehicle standards.
  • Have a smartphone that can run the mum collective driver app.
  • Successfully complete all screening checks.
