MUM COLLECTIVE LTD.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between
you and Mum Collective Ltd. ("mum collective," "we," "us" or
"our"). They apply to your use of mumcollective.ca, our
waitlist and forms, and any app or service we make available.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not
use the website or our services.
01 · Agreement
Agreement to these Terms
By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, creating an
account or using any mum collective service, you agree to these
Terms, our Privacy Policy and our
Community Guidelines.
Drivers are also subject to our Driver Terms
and, before accepting rides, a full Driver Agreement. If a
document specific to your role conflicts with these Terms, the
more specific document applies to that role.
02 · Our Services
What mum collective offers
mum collective is being developed as a women-focused
transportation platform that connects riders with independent
drivers, with an emphasis on safety, accountability, flexible
earning opportunities and financial education.
mum collective is a technology platform. Unless a written
agreement says otherwise, drivers are independent contractors
and are not employees or agents of mum collective.
03 · Eligibility
Eligibility and accounts
To use the platform once it launches, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Keep your login details confidential and not share your account.

04 · Pre-Launch
Pre-launch and the waitlist
mum collective has not yet launched. Joining the waitlist lets
you register your interest and, if you choose, receive updates.
It does not guarantee access to the platform, a launch date,
availability in your community or approval as a driver.
Our launch will expand as local licensing, insurance,
regulatory and operational requirements are established in each
market. Nothing on our website means that mum collective has
received any licence, insurance approval, regulatory approval
or authorization to operate in any location unless we
announce it.
Joining the waitlist is separate from consenting to
marketing messages. Marketing consent is optional and is
never required to join the waitlist or contact us.
05 · Riders
Using the platform as a rider
When the platform launches, riders agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup, destination and contact details.
- Confirm the driver, vehicle and licence plate match the app before getting in.

- Not damage the vehicle or leave it in a condition requiring unusual cleaning.
- Pay applicable fares, fees and any charges shown in the app.
06 · Drivers
Using the platform as a driver
Drivers must meet the eligibility, screening, vehicle,
insurance and conduct requirements in the
Driver Terms and the Driver

decline or remove a driver who does not meet our standards.
07 · Fares and Payments
Fares, fees and payments
Fares, service fees, taxes, tips, cancellation charges and

confirmed, where required. Payments are processed through
third-party payment providers.
Any pricing or earnings examples shared before launch are
illustrative only and are not a promise of price or income.
08 · Earn-to-Own

by separate program terms.
